I loved staying at this hotel! It was clean, had great facilities, good parking and easy transportation. The location was further away from the main beach area, which made it quieter and peaceful. I also appreciated the friendly staff who made me feel welcome. Lastly, the beachfront view during breakfast was stunning.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We liked Casa Papaya a lot! It is a small charming hotel with a green territory and a few bungalows. You will definetely like design of this hotel and all small nice details. Each bungalow (1 or 2-storey) has a roof-top deck, from where you can enjoy the sea view. If you want a private roof-top, ask for a 1-storey room. The staff was very friendly and always eager to help. Hotel is near the beach in a quiet part of Cha-am - Hua-Hin area featuring mostly private apartment houses. This means fewer people arond. However, there are a couple of nice restaurants and massage on the beach nearby. If you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway in a 2-hour distance from Bangkok, this hotel could be an option!

Breakfast was rather modest.

We loved the colour schemes and wooded paths, and the seclusion of each room/chalet-no need to be disturbed by noise from next door. The staff were the nicest most helpful people. Utterly charming.

Very little. Language is a bit of a problem. There were some noisy guests on the beach till quite late. It would be a shame if the tranquiliity of the vlocation were spoilt by a noisy inonsiderate younger set.

I recently had an exceptional stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the market and town, giving me easy access to local attractions and amenities. Additionally, the hotel provided bicycles, which was a fantastic bonus for exploring the area. The attention to detail in the well-kept yard and beautifully decorated pool area was impressive, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere that added to my overall enjoyment.

No issues, everything was just right.

The hotel is located in a secluded spot close to the sea, away from busy tourist areas. On arrival in a taxi, the hotel looked like an oasis. the beach is exceptionally clean and just a few steps away from the hotel. the rooms are spacious with well-stocked minibars, colorful decor, and large bathrooms. the service provided by the staff is personalized and exceptional. Their warmth and sincerity are evident in small gestures like providing a free newspaper and a bucket of ice in the late afternoon for drinks on the rooftop terrace. Breakfast is served in a small restaurant with a homely atmosphere.

The hotel may be a bit challenging to find, and guests might need transport to explore the city.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. Situated right on the beach, it offers stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. From my room's balcony, I could soak up the sun and enjoy the gentle sounds of the sea. It truly felt like a hidden gem tucked away from the bustling city.

I couldn't find any faults with this hotel. It was a perfect retreat.

The hotel offered a great location as it was right on the beach with easy access to nearby seafood restaurants. the breakfast selection was good with options for American breakfast and Thai porridge. the room was well-maintained and provided comfortable beds and quality soap and shampoo.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center and tourist attractions, making it difficult to explore the area without personal transportation. the pool was small and might not be suitable for larger groups or families.

Spent xmas at a lovely beachfront hotel. The beach is stunning with crystal clear water and white sand, perfect for relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with whatever we needed. We were impressed with the included breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options, including freshly made dishes. the hotel's location was very peaceful and quiet, which ensured a tranquil and restorative stay.

Although there were many good things about the hotel, there were a couple of things we didn't appreciate. the pool was quite small and didn't seem to be properly maintained, which was a bit of a letdown.
